Headquartered and registered in Moscow, Russia (#11W-468), our company has been trading at the world’s largest Internet auction, eBay.com, since 1999, and complies with all governing regulations. A unit of Midwest Electronics—a holding company involved in both wholesale and retail sales of computer equipment—we became Sierra Services Inc. in 2001 in response to the demand for trading services in CIS countries. In 2003, branch offices were opened in Frankfurt, Germany and Paris, France. In 2004, we entered the business of delivering cars manufactured in the United States. Sierra Services now employs more than 400 people directly, with special permission granted by The German State Bureau of Employment.
We offer a range of Internet trading services for clients internationally, such as making payment, examining and shipping items won at auction or purchased online. When an item is shipped through our system, we check for quality and defects, and include a list of contents and an invoice with the exact price, including our fees, for your review.
Our list of services is constantly expanded, with the objective being to offer clients the greatest variety of services possible.
We deliver only the goods paid for through our system. We don’t deliver goods purchased and paid for directly from the seller.
We augment Internet trading internationally - our company also helps buyers purchase from other Internet stores in the U.S.A., Japan, Belgium, the Netherlands and other European countries.
You make all bids at auction. It is important that you follow the auction and increase the bids only for the minimum step, which is automatically determined by the item’s price.
Our company provides support in solving any problems that may arise in trading at auction, and we warrantee your goods and accept most forms of payment. We operate 24 hours daily, seven days a week.
The letters we receive…
Alexander (eBay ID: fotoua, alex-photo):
"I’ve been working with Alex (Manager of Sierra Services) for more than a year. With his help, trading on eBay has become very easy for me, and I’ve managed to sell about 50 items. Whereas before, every sale was accompanied by several weeks of letter writing, trying to explain to an American or Japanese person why I could not accept their cash or check, let alone PayPal. In short, the correspondence took too much time. My buyers couldn’t figure out how to pay and many of my deals were cancelled. With Alex and Myers Transportation, everything became much easier. I now sell 15-20 items daily. I don’t worry about payment—the information is provided to my customers very quickly, and they are satisfied with the speed of delivery. So, besides earning money, I’m now making friends all over the world. I will surely toast Alex with a glass of Champagne this New Year!"
